You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. Children may be treated with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must make the booking and attend the appointment.

Bookings and Payments

Appointments can be booked online at any available time slot. Payment is required at the time of booking, and all transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment systems such as Wix Payments or Shopify. We do not store your payment information.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable. Deposits made for multi-session packages are non-refundable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for consultations or digital services. If you purchase a product from our store and it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assess whether an exchange or store credit is appropriate.

Homeopathy Haus reserves the right to cancel or refuse services if a client uses abusive language, displays inappropriate conduct, or misuses our services. We strive to maintain a respectful, safe environment for all.
