All orders are processed within 7 business days after receiving payment. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or there are any delays, we will communicate this to you via email.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

We currently ship within Australia only. If you are outside Australia and interested in our products, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from Wynn Vale, South Australia.
If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Pickup is by appointment only - we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

 

Order Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at homeopathyhaus@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Homeopathy Haus is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
