This 45 minute consultation is the first step in creating your personalised detox plan. Prior to your appointment, you'll complete a comprehensive health questionnaire, allowing me to gain a thorough understanding of your health history, current symptoms, medications, previous treatments and your individual health goals. During your consultation, we'll discuss your health concerns, identify the areas of your health you'd like to focus on and explore the factors that may be contributing to your current symptoms. Using this information, I'll determine the most appropriate place to begin and develop an individualised detox plan tailored specifically to your needs, health history and capacity. As no two people are the same, your recommendations will be unique to you. The order, pace and focus of your detox plan will be based on your individual case rather than following a one size fits all approach. This consultation also provides an opportunity to ask questions, gain a clear understanding of the process and feel confident in the plan moving forward. This consultation includes: - Review of your completed health questionnaire. - A personalised 30 minute online consultation. - An individualised detox plan based on your unique case. - Clear guidance on the recommended starting point and next steps. - Time to ask questions and discuss your goals.
